This training programme provides a valuable opportunity for directors to explore strategic leadership issues and board members’ roles in successfully implementing the corporate strategy. It considers how directors, individually and collectively, can create a culture and environment, which encourages creativity, innovation, synergy and employee commitment. It also assesses how to align and engage resources and key stakeholders in the change process, how decision making and conflict can be handled and addresses how issues such as business ethics, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability need to be embedded in the strategic narrative.
3-day Business Directorship Training Course has been designed to cover the essential responsibilities, understanding and skills for effectively managing and leading any businesses as a director. The course is structured to provide a mix of theoretical foundations, legal insights, managing people/team as well as key stakeholders, business planning, sustainability and strategic applications for directors to lead business successfully.
