Overview

This 2-day Leadership Development Course structure balances theory with practical exercises to ensure participants gain both knowledge and action-able skills. Each module can include interactive sessions, case studies, group work, and reflection time to make the learning experience engaging and hands-on.

Target Audience

Senior or Mid-level public/private sector leaders, senior officials from third sector organisation, managers from any manufacturing business or garment industry and someone aspiring to become a CSR champion or recent university graduates looking for corporate jobs that are linked to CSR or sustainability.
