Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Academic Admin & Project Assistant to support the administrative and project functions within the institution. The successful candidate will work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure efficient coordination of academic processes, data management, and project support, while contributing to the strategic development of LSBC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, organisation, and management of academic documentation and records.
- Conduct data presentation and analysis to support academic and operational decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Undertake market research to provide insights and recommendations that align with LSBC’s strategic goals.
- Create high-quality written content, including reports, presentations, and academic documentation.
- Maintain and organise data management systems to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with faculty, students, and external partners, ensuring seamless administrative support.
- Collaborate with academic teams to facilitate curriculum development and program delivery.
- Handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) as a minimum qualification.
- Extensive experience within the Higher Education sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong data presentation and analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding writing and content development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
